Join California's largest coalition of African American organizations, The Coalition of African American Voters (COAAV), a non-partisan group founded by concerned Californians who hope to see every African American adult understand the election process and exercise their right to vote.

I am the Assistant Director of Development and Outreach for the COAAV. Our organization is comprised of African-American organizations networking to empower our community with information to help all of us succeed.

I am offering your African American organization column space in our e-newsletter free of charge. Joining us will add another informational portal in which we can connect and share valuable information. Our e-newsletter will serve as an outreach to better help us serve and promote one another - different entities formulating unity!

To meet the criteria to become a coalition member, you must:

• Be a credible African-American organization.
• Possess your own e-newsletter and distribution list.
• Sign a release form stating you know the information in your column to be true and that the COAAV is allowed to use the name of your organization, articles and photographs.
• Write about topics relating to voting and the election process that are helpful to African-Americans.
